 ATSSSAN FAAN Elects Akinkunmi as chairman 






Comrade Oluseyi Akinkunmi has emerged as the chairman of Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (ATSSSAN), Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) branch in a keenly contested election held in Abuja.



Akinkunmi polled a total votes of 40 to defeat his co contestant, Comrade Emetu C. who got 23 votes to emerge chairman.



Okon Young Pius, emerged secretary, Samaila Mohammed Alkari, deputy chairman, while Ikwuonobe Charles was elected vice chairman.



Speaking shortly after his election, the chairman Comrade Akinkunmi vowed to uphold the tenet of ATSSSAN by working closely in harmony with the National secretariat in order to be well positioned to defend the welfare of workers and work with other branches 



He assured workers of continued improved welfare by collaborating with the management for peaceful atmosphere.



Akinkunmi said approach to issues will be more vigorous urging workers to be more focus on their job by being commited to their work.
