The Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO), Plc has attributed the quality of its services as one of reasons, the United Arab Emirates carrier , selected it to provide ground and passenger services for its flights into the Lagos Airport.
Its  Assistant General Manager, Corporate Communications, Mr Tayo Ajakaye, who disclosed this in a statement said NAHCO secured the deal because of its long standing relationship with the airline.
Emirates will resume flight operations into Nigeria October 1, 2024.
Ajakaye, NAHCO said the  renewed contract underscores the company’s unrelenting commitment to delivering exceptional ground handling services and highlights its role as a critical partner in Nigeria’s aviation industry. 
The agreement with Emirates Airlines, Ajakaye said  reinforces NAHCO’s position as the trusted service provider to some of the world’s leading airlines.
While welcoming the airline,the Chairman of NAHCO said the company looks forward to strengthening the  valued relationships as it will  continue  to set the quality for ground handling in Nigeria.
Also speaking, NAHCO's Group Executive Director -Commercial and Business Development , Prince Saheed lasisi said the company will continue to  focus its   operations on delivering the world-class services that meet and supersede the expectation of the airline.
 In his remarks, NAHCO's Group Managing Director/Chief Executive officer Mr. Indranil Gupta considered it a privilege to have been chosen once more by Emirates Airlines for its ground handling needs at Lagos Airport.
He expressed optimism about the company’s future and reaffirmed NAHCO’s commitment to supporting the growth of the company’s airline partners in Nigeria.
